Welcome to Bolt66 Cards. These terms cover how you use our website, bolt66cards.com, and how you buy from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them — so please have a quick read. If anything's unclear, just message us; our details are at the bottom.

Who we are

bolt66cards.com is operated by Bolt66 Cards Online (UEN - 53421816D) a trading card game retailer based in Singapore. We sell single trading cards for games including Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and others.

Using our site

• You need to be at least 18 to place an order on your own. If you're under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian involved.
• Please use the site honestly and lawfully — don't interfere with it, misuse it, or place fraudulent orders.
• The content on this site (our text, photos, and store design) belongs to us. Please don't copy or reuse it without asking first.

Our products

• We sell trading card singles. Many are one-of-a-kind or held in very small quantities, so stock can sell out fast — an item in your cart isn't reserved for you until payment goes through.
• We describe every card's condition as accurately as we can, with photos. As these are collectible cards, minor wear that matches the stated condition is normal.
• Every card we sell is genuine. (More on that in our Returns & Refunds policy.)

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD). [If you're GST-registered, note here whether prices include or exclude GST.]
• We may update prices at any time, and card prices in particular can move quickly with the market.
• Occasionally an item may be mispriced by mistake. If that happens, we'll contact you before processing the order — you can go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• We accept payment through our provider, HitPay: PayNow, GrabPay, Atome, and credit/debit cards.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we've accepted it and received payment.
• We may cancel or decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we do, you'll get a full refund.

Discount codes and promotions

• We sometimes offer discount codes, including personalised ones. Unless we say otherwise, codes are for one-time use, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined with other offers.
• We can change or withdraw any promotion at any time.

Trademarks

Bolt66 Cards is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, Riot Games, or any other game publisher. All game names, logos, and card designs are the property of their respective owners — we simply resell genuine cards produced by them.

Our responsibility to you

We work hard to describe products accurately and get your order to you in good condition. That said, to the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the value of the products you bought from us — we can't be held liable for indirect losses like lost profit or opportunity. None of this affects the rights you have under Singapore consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one, so it's worth a glance before you order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be handled by the Singapore courts.
