Shipping policy
We know that once you've ordered, you want your cards fast and in perfect shape. Here's how we handle it.
Where we ship We ship across Singapore. [If you also ship overseas, add: "We ship internationally too — rates and delivery times are shown at checkout."]
How fast
- We pack and send out orders within 1 business day, most often same day of your order being confirmed, unless the order was confirmed after 6pm, whereupon it is sent next day.
- Delivery within Singapore usually takes about 2 days after dispatch, via SPX.
Shipping cost
- Shipping is a flat $2.90. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Tracking Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
How we pack Your cards are protected properly for the post — sleeved and secured in rigid packaging — because a card that arrives bent isn't a card you wanted. For cards above $10, there will be individual plastic toploaders. For cards below that, we generally sleeve individually, put in recycled booster packs with free cards front and back, and seal. Regardless of toploader or recycled booster pack use, we always ship in bubble envelopes or will have bubble wrap inside the envelope to protect the cards.
Delays Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery time is in their hands. We'll always help you chase anything that's running late, but occasional courier delays are outside our control.
Lost or damaged in transit If your parcel is damaged or doesn't arrive, tell us within 48 hours and we'll sort it out — see our Returns & Refunds policy for how that works.
